Author and speaker, Jim Rohn once said,
“Goals: There is no telling what you can do when you get inspired by them. There is no telling what you can do when you believe in them. There is no telling what will happen when you act upon them.”
Time and again when I speak with different entrepreneurs, what I find is that they have goals, yet the actions they are taking are not consistent with what they want to achieve.
With this thought in mind, I gave my friend Will Polston a call.
Will is a mindset strategist and coach. We did some work together a year or so ago and I was instantly impressed with his approach to goal setting and dealing with self-sabotaging behaviours.
I mentioned him back in episode 11 when I shared Will’s Butt Flip technique.
So what I did was get him on the call and asked him to explain why for many people, goals don’t seem work.
As it turns out, most people don’t have the first clue about setting and achieving goals. Fortunately, Will was quick to share with us how.
