What You'll Learn
Consciousness changes a lot of things. Back when I was in the corporate world I took my work relationships and contacts for granted. While I appreciated the many talented people I worked with, I wish I’d worked harder to remain in contact. Instead, I went from job to job, living in the moment. Not thinking about the long-term consequences of falling out of touch.
What I went on to learn is that your ability to have and grow a business depends on three things:
- Time
- Money
- Relationships
When you think about it, time and money are affected by relationships. The more we can connect with others, the greater our capacity to leverage those relationships for profits within our business.
Building your tribe is the ultimate way of leveraging community and relationships for profits within your business.
Building your tribe will create your very own group of fans, followers and friends who resonate with you and what you’re doing. Not only will they likely buy from you, but they’ll recognise you as a leader and will spread the word about the great things you do.
In today’s podcast, we discuss the concept of building your tribe with author, therapist and coach, Jeff Spires.
Coach to the stars, Jeff is a longterm student of what it takes to build a tribe.
Today's free cheat sheet
Jeff covers quite a bit in the interview today. The tips he was sharing were so good I allowed the interview to run a little longer than normal. In order to help you implement them, I’ve taken notes and put them together as a simple cheat sheet.
So dig in today, grab your cheat sheet and enjoy the show. I had a lot of fun talking to Jeff on this fascinating subject. We’re both on our own journeys of building a tribe. I hope you will join us too.
As always, I’d love to hear your thoughts on the show. Let me know in the comment section below.
- Are you looking to build your own tribe?
- Also, if you could be in any modern-day tribe right now, who’s would it be?
